Samples of some of my writing. I read a joke today. It went like this, God made women to be obedient wives for men. He put them in every corner of the Earth. Then, He made the Earth round and laughed and laughed and laughed. Besides trying to imagine God laughing, this joke got me wondering. Where are all the good men? And to be fair, where are all the good women? I think we do find them and, for whatever reason, lose them. Lets take a moment and realize that none of us want to .

Is a bit of an addiction for me, I will explain why. I like to sometimes fry the dumplings in sesame oil to make sinful pot stickers but I usually just boil the dumplings in water and then serve them with this insanely delicious and simple Chinese vegetable and broth soup. Its safe to say that our kids have also inherited our feverish love of the dumpling as they can eat dozens of them at one meal! It worries me sometimes! Pot stickers with a chunky sauce.
